Dr Patel was so engaging and caring. I love this surgery from reception, nurses, secretaries, cleaners, doctors and anyone else I missed. They give their best and I appreciate them all very much.

I did not have to wait too long to see my doctor, and was listened to and I understood her suggestion that my age was probably causing my back, hip, knee pain . I have peed referred to a physiotherapist for assessment

I would have preferred to have a scan of my painful areas to help me understand how the pain is affecting my whole being

Received a text regarding my vaccine and I was to contact the surgery. I found the receptionist polite, friendly and nothing was too much for her finding a suitable time The surgery was clean and tidy The nurse who administered my vaccine was very chatty, spent time with me giving me advise on taking analgesic for pain relief Excellent care
